The IMDA Showcase was held on the IBC grounds in Amsterdam on September 10, 2010, to coincide with the International Broadcasting Convention. The objective of the meeting was to introduce the IMDA, and our recently published ”IMDA Service Identification” – an initial XML document aimed at Broadcasters and Aggregators (companies who aggregate links to Internet Radio services, often reselling their services to device manufacturers or brands) that helps Broadcasters to get (back) control over their published metadata for internet livestreaming.
