11:00-15:00 IMDA Auto Internet Radio Workshop
The IMDA Members Meeting in Paris will for the first time host the IMDA Auto Internet Radio Workshop. This event will focus on the challenges and opportunities the industry is facing with the introduction of Internet radio services to cars. The IMDA has already developed a car-specific device profile which will be discussed at the event. The overall goal of the workshop for broadcasters and car makers is to discuss and better understand each others requirements in order to create a convincing user experience of Internet radio in the car as part of a collaborate industry effort. As an outcome, it’s planned to agree on a roadmap for the Auto Internet radio activities of the IMDA during the coming month.
